Field of Women Launceston

Had a terrific Field of Women yesterday, the weather was perfect and those attending and participating in the Women's 5k run enjoyed the event. Members of Hawthorn Football Club were there too doing a great job.

Several people became quite emotional at the field, and I have to say it was a privilege to be able to support them, and also offer this way of remembering someone very dear to them.

Lyn Swinburn and the original Pink Lady FOW think tank people are to be commended- you never thought it would spread like this, and assist so many!
