IMPORTANT UPDATE: please read
Hi all,
As you might have noticed, the online network has been a bit slower to load over the last few months. This isn't surprising to us, as the network has been growing steadily since we launched last May, and it was always a part of our plan to increase capacity when needed.
As a result, we've been investigating new options for hosting the site to find something that will make the system a little faster. The good news is that we've found one we're really happy with and we're planning to make the move early next week. Hopefully you'll all notice the improved performance when we're done, too! 
The downside is that we'll need to make sure there isn't any new content generated while we're moving, so we'll need to switch off some of your access temporarily (don't panic, it will only be for an hour or so and then it will be business as usual .
At the time of the move you'll notice the following access restrictions:
- You won't be able to login. You will, however, still be able to browse around and read
- Because you won't be able to login, you also won't be able to make posts and/or comments, or make any updates to your profile
- We're also planning to switch off ordering in the online shop, so no orders get lost during the transition.
We anticipate the move will only take an hour or so, and then everything will be back to normal.
At the moment our plan is to do this either Monday or Tuesday next week, all going well -- I'll make another post here when we're almost ready as a reminder. I'll also make a post here when we're done so you don't need to wear your fingers out trying to login!
