I am sincerely sorry to hear your sad news and I speak on behalf of the other girls in saying that we respect and understand your decision to attend the funeral.  I am wishing for a warm and wonderful day whether it is weather wise or heartfelt wise for this relative you have managed to connect with since your BC diagnosis and your wanting to research your family history.

Eighty six years is an amazing innings and I am sure he would have had some wonderful family history to share with you and to help you in your search.  Please wish him a wonderful fairwell from us, your beautiful,precious and caring Pink sisters who are a part of BCNA and your home in W.A.

Thanks Mich!  Please don't feel bad about me not getting the info.  It turns out that I am not going to be able to join you anyway as I had a phone call from a relative in NSW yesterday to tell me that a family member has passed away on Monday.  He has had a good innings of 86.  I have decided that I do want to go across to his funeral as we had become close with all of the family history research I had been doing with his assistance.  I leave some time on Saturday with flights yet to be booked.  I hope that you all have a great get together and I look forward to seeing you all again soon.  Please tell Chris and Alison that I have yet to hear from the McGrath Foundation about booking for their high tea in October but I will email them when I finally do.

It is Maddison Cottage in Guildford at 1pm on this Saturday 24th.

It is High Tea and cost is $34 which included savoury and sweet and hot beverages.  They have a website www.maddysguildford.com.au

I have been off line for the last few days as been babysitting my precious grandee while kids in Bali for a wedding so I am sorry I not been there for you.  You can always phone me as well if you need.

Do we have a venue and time for this get together as yet?  You've probably posted it somewhere but I sometimes find it difficult to negotiate my way around the online network to find specific things.
