Thanks to all of you for your prompt responses and insight. I apologise for not responding sooner. I have been caught up in further bad news concerning my recent breast cancer surgery. Excuse the fact that I have not responded individually, which I normally would do. I know you will understand the roller coaster that we all are experiencing in different ways, and appreciate all your helpful comments.
