im so sorry but it is with a heavy heart that we have decided to cancel the event due to lack of ticket sales, i thank you so much for all your words of support its been appreciated. @iserbrown i tried tirelessly to get a celebrity to attend and managed to get our lovely local channel 10 news's pippa sheehan to attend but unfortunately its not enough, I also emailed just about every celebrity in the country to ask them if they could kindly donate their time, offered to pay flights accom but either got no response at all, no one interested in donating there time other than Pippa or they had other commitments and again weren't prepared to come for nothing. I did the morning tea last year and that was good raised around $1400 but i wanted to do more this time, I was never expecting anyone having treatment or with financial worries related to bc (i know exactly how that feels) to attend that wasn't my target it was more community/business based, anyway nothing i can do, Margie x
