I just wished I had gone earlier. I was up to my 4th chemo before I went. They had such great ideas for headwear and fantastic wigs. I had already bought a wig but might have got a different one if I had seen the range available.
The makeup and skin care was not so much for me as I only like to use natural products. I wished they had respected my wish to not apply their products. But my 18 year old daughter could not believe the quality of the makeup we were given for free. Luckily she could use it as it would have been wasted on me.
Meeting other women going through chemo etc was very helpful and inspiring. Deanne xxx
