If I needed a mastectomy, can I get fat there immediately in the same op? My doctor said something about implants before radiation as a no, but does it mean implants or your own tissue would be ok...

Just wondering. If you've had a one side mastectomy. How long were you in hospital for? How many drains did you have and how long were they in for?
