I recently returned from Melbourne completing the 2 and a half day Community Liaison Training with BCNA, what a great experience. There was a group of around 19 of us and I met some great ladies from the group as well as the staff from BCNA. I learned a lot and listened to some wonderful stories. It was an inspiring, exciting, fun emotional 2 days. The ladies at the training were all inspirational with their own personal stories and the staff were all amazing. I had the best time and learned some great strategies to take out into the community to try and support other woman being diagnosed with Breast Cancer. This journey we have all traveled is difficult at best and the support and resources Breast Cancer Network Australia offer are invaluable to all of us.

I hope to see all you new CL's again and hear about whats going on with all of you. Thanks to the ladies who sent photos through, its nice to have these to look back on and smile. I cant wait to get out into the community and promote awareness for Breast Cancer and the support and resources offered by BCNA.

Take care everyone
