    Hi Firefly, welcome to the online network. If you click this link - Choosing Breast Reconstruction you will be taken directly to the group. You will see a button that says "join". Click on that and you will be asked to send a request to the group leaders. They will approve you into the group. Let me know if you get stuck ~ Ann-Marie
