Hi everyone we will be having a guest speaker ... Shannon Short an accredited Exercise Physiologist who has began a Breast Cancer Exercise group and will come and share with us about what the group will be doing and how it can be beneficial for us.
We meet 2nd Tuesday of the Month from 10am at the Bathurst RSL and finish at 12pm, some ladies stay on and have lunch together.
Just so you know our meetings are not all boring guest speakers etc talking about Cancer we do outings every 3-4 months and have a fun time with each other.

I send out a newsletter monthly via email and have printed copies at the meeting for those not on email.
