New Lymphoedema face to face Support group for anyone Southern Sydney,St George areas as well as the Shire etc/ 'Under the umbrella' of Lymphoedmea Support Group of NSW For all types of lymphoedmea, not just breast cancer related, but there are quite a few BC related lymphies in the group and on the email list already. Everyone welcome, whether you have Lo or not, carers of people with LO, curious, service providers, guys, girls... Lovely location with beautiful beach view. No need to RSVP , just turn up and grab a coffee at the cafe and join us around the table in the semi private dining room. More directions and images on the Facebook page. NEW Breast Cancer Support Group starting in Mackay - for Patients & Survivors
Join us for the launch of our first Mackay Breast Cancer Support Group meeting on 12th October. A newly formed breast cancer support group, led by a breast cancer survivor, is launching in Mackay in October, for women of all ages with breast cancer or ovarian cancer and survivors, at any stage of the cancer journey. Attendees are welcomed from Mackay, Sarina, Whitsundays, Nebo and surrounding areas. The group will hold a monthly support group meeting in Mackay, launching on Saturday 12th of October 2019, 10:30am to 12:30pm, in the QCWA Hall, 43 Gordon Street, Mackay. The monthly meeting is an opportunity for women to connect and share their cancer journey, in a welcoming, private and supportive space, allowing women a voice to share and receive support from others in the same circumstances. If you are currently receiving treatment for breast cancer, or ovarian cancer, or if you are a breast cancer survivor, we would love you to join the first meeting on 12th of October. Reclaim Your Curves - Sydney Support Lunch Sunday 25th August
Hello! Our next lunch is on Sunday 25th August at our usual venue of Dragonfly Cafe Eden Gardens, Macquarie Park 12 noon to 3pm. We get together and chat all things reconstruction and/or breast cancer/coping/surviving etc etc etc. Please feel free to invite anyone that you may have met that would find our group helpful.
