Day 2 - after round four
Well ran out of puff yesterday afternoon....
Went to the GP for my injection....went grocery shopping as the cupboards were bare...cooked dinner...then collapsed for the ...
Thanks Ladies... I have started on Nurofen for now then will move to pandeine forte if need be...I don't take anything for my osteo pain anymore, seems I was pumping my body with crap for no gain... It seems to have reached its full potential in causing me pain, that it's not so bad now... If that makes sense..
