Yep. About a third of my hot flushes are preceded by a wave of nausea. Sometimes it's so bad I gag. It lasts for about five minutes. Two years now I've been having 10 - 15 hot flushes a day, occasionally more. There is nothing to be done. My quality of life is shit now and I can see no end to it until possibly I stop taking Letrozole. Sometimes I can't see the point in fighting so hard to get rid of cancer.
