There were three spots on the liver and they were all cysts. SUCH a relief.
However he found a 6mm growth on my gallbladder which will have to be monitored. He said it's probably a polyp but they don't biopsy them unless they're 10mm or more.
It's a bummer about the gall bladder but at least I know. If there's a problem brewing they'll be on to it early. Gallbadder cancer is rare, and usually diagnosed at Stage 4 because it's symptomless until too late. So all in all my stance on scans remains the same: I'd rather have them than not.
Current state of mind: phew!
