I follow Patrea but have not attended her 5 day course. During covid in 2020 when I was first diagnosed they held a one day online workshop for those with cancer and it was great. I access Patrea medication that she does every Monday night. There is a meditation group under her name. If your on Facebook you can see it there. She has a couple of books. I read Your Life Matters. It was life changing for me. She has another book for cancer and I read it but can't remember the name of it at the moment. Patrea is amazing and so helpful and practical.
Thank you for the response. Based on your recommendation I’ve just bought a few of her books and look forward to reading them prior to the retreat. ❤️
