Thanks Danielle XLeonie
Oh Leonie that is great news (kind of). I know how much you have missed being in the boat so thats excellent!! I am up the back of the boat i get my new seat this sunday at training and i hope i get to stay up the back.
Thats crappy about your night mares. I don't know if this helps but i used to have really really bad nightmares. My mum brought me a dream dictionary and when i looked up the meaning of the dreams they actually had relevance and meaning to things that were going on and they were not quite so scary. Its horrible waking up though from a nightmare though even when you do know the meaning...
Have fun in the morning, don't push yourself and hopefully you will be able to be out on the river more often.
All the best xxxx

Hi Danielle, Went off to see the lovely young Physio today. I told him that I don't sleep very well with my sore shoulder and of course my "dead" arm. I also said that I have been having nightmares and feel so tired all the time. I wonder if I have some depression. He suggested that I start going for walks - it is so hot here though. I asked about dragonboating and he said that I should try it but only using my other arm (wish I had a good one!!!!) Anyway the girls are out on the river tomorrow - so I will be with them. I might sit at the back and give it a go. So looking forward to it.XLeonie
That sounds lovely getting to see your family, i think thats what is so good about Christmas just getting together. The presents are a headache but the kids love it. How exciting getting to meet the little bubba, it sounds like a long trip for them but all the way from Perth.
Sorry to hear about your shoulder i was hoping that it would of been better by now. I am sure you feel the same!! Yes Chinesse New Year 2013 is going to be your year!!
Good luck with the neuologist although i will talk to you before hand.

Nice to hear from you. We are going to Brisbane (driving down with all the pressies) to be with my children. We will stay with number one daughter, her husband and children first then onto my other daughter then over to my sister's place. Very busy but it will be wonderful. There will be about 30 people for lunch at my sister's (inlcuding my other two sisters and their families). We will get to meet my son-in-law's new little nephew from Perth as well. This little fella's mum is like another daughter to me as well. So looking forward to it. Still no dragonboating for this old chook. I am having physio on my shoulder now so hope that helps. The aches and pains - STILL HERE. I am off to see a neuologist in Brisbane in January to see exactly what it is (apart from a bloody nuisance). Anyway not bad -and we have had such good rain in the last couple of days so that makes me happy - my garden will love it. I am very envious of you for the Chinese New Year celebrations. Maybe next year!!!! Have fun. XLeonie

Hi Leonie,
How are you going? That sounds lovely getting the garden done but i know what you mean about trying to find energy. How are all your aches and pains going?
Where are you going for Christmas, some where really nice i hope.
We will be spending the day in Sydney and then come home. We have just been to Port Mcquarie as Troys dad has been really sick so that was like a mini holiday just sucked having to see troys dad so unwell.
I am in training now for Chinesse New Year and i am so sore, are you going? It amazes me how fit the other ladies are!!
I hope your enjoying the festive season.
Love Danielle xx
