Or....you could ask her if she's ok: "Excuse me DEAR, are you OK?" And of course her response will be "Yes, of course, why are you asking me?" And your response could be "You seem so unhappy and like you hate your job. I was wondering if everything is ok."
She will literally sh*t her pants :)
