Positive thought for the day xx

I saw this today and thought it can be any day 

New year...new beginnings!
What recent pain, heartache, heartbreak, burden, sadness, dis-ease and unhappiness can now be turned into compost, and what new beginning will you grow in this compost?


When we compost in gardening we throw all the old used leaves and clippings old soil then some manure and it can then be used to grow some beautiful plants be they flowers or fruits and vegetables etc..... 

We chose what we grow in our minds and our hearts 

Today I chose to grow beautiful things in my life..... 
It took me quite a time to come to this place after my roller coaster ride from hell. 

Don't be discouraged by the amount of time (in human timeframe) it takes to come to the place where you are ready to begin to flourish and grow again sometimes when  a grape or rose are severely cut back it can take a season or 2 before you get the benefits new growth.... 

Allow your mind and body to heal at the rate you personally need to heal and grow again.
