Leaving on a jet plane!

hi all, just want to thank you all for your wonderful posts and support over the last couple of years.  I was diagnosed with TNBC back in Aug 2015.  We had an overseas holiday booked which we had to cancel. However on the 4th May 2017 we leave for Italy where we will pick up a cruise and travel around the Greek islands. Following that we will spend about 9 nights driving around this beautiful country. I am so looking forward to the trip and have only got excited this week I guess because I wasn't sure if I would keep well which I have. 
I still get tired and have a few tummy issues.  But I'm sure I'll be ok.
