I think a sensible place to start is the Cancer Council dietary guidelines.You can download their info.They recommend low fat milk- nothing about avoiding milk.They recommend avoiding/limiting alcohol,processed meats, charred meat and limiting salt and sugar intake.I think it boils down to moderation in most things we eat,including milk. I just have it tea n coffee.We got cancer because a cell made a mistake or we had a genetic predisposition -not because of eostrogen.That hormone just happens to fuel some cancers.
