Hi it’s been 7 weeks since my operation and I have had 2 physio sessions with ultra sound to try to break up the lump as I call it. Has anyone experienced this. Also the middle of my chest has a lump where there is no stitches. I am wearing a bra with knitted knockers inserts during the day for say 5 hours only. As soon as I get home I am flat free.
i have decided to stay flat no reconstruction no implants . I start my Arimidex tonight as had Covid antiviral medication 2 weeks ago and waited for this to get out of my system.

    Weird things can and do
occur. I had a very persistent seroma (enclosed fluid) after a mastectomy. Draining and massage (largely the latter) reduced it over time but also revealed - gulp! A lump. An ultrasound revealed another seroma - an encapsulated amount of fluid inside the first seroma. More massage! Which may be a version of what you have. Good luck with recovery and the next stage of your treatment.
