I cracked up about not being able to Sew with a sink full of dishes. I guess that's why I like scrapbooking. Doesn't matter if I have a sink full of dishes. I am finding I am having a bit of fatigue after radiation now so quite often I do the dishes the next morning.
I have just finished knitting a throw rug, Bendigo Woollen Mills yarn, for Sister inlaw 70th birthday She loves blue in accessories and her clothing . It's folded in half
I'm new here and just returned to painting last year. It has been crucial in keeping me occupied over the last weeks while I've been waiting for tests etc and especially now as I'm waiting for a call any day with my surgery booking. I love all the crafts in here, I also sew, applique/quilt and knit. This is my latest painting.
Dear @StrongCoffee, Beautiful! I'm imagining the painting is of a scene at dawn, near a beach on the east coast. It is just starting to get light where I am now. Best wishes for your surgery coming up.
Ive taken up my crochet hook again. I learnt at the beginning of chemo and it helped keep me sane. I bought myself a crochet kit to celebrate the end of active treatment and over Easter I felt well enough to make a start. Im making a cardigan for my daughter.

Not it sure if this one is lead light or the liquid type or a combination ... but still gorgeous!
See if you like any of these, to play around with ...

Amazing the difference the colour choices make with the Zebras ..... I like the first one best .... similar colours to the tiger, too
