Everyone was being thorough and that’s a good thing, but your reactions are perfectly normal. One time I had a suspicious lump my (cautious, not given to off the cuff reassurances) surgeon said he though it would all be fine - and finally it was. I’ve believed him ever since!

Pleased to read for you @Deanne
A meltdown is totally understandable as it is the memory of what we have been through and the concern that it may present again and we all hope it doesn't
    Take care

Hi Deanne, that’s great news! My GP is over cautious and sends me for tests at the drop of a hat which scares the hell out of me.But I prefer that than someone flippant about my health. So you can truly celebrate now, knowing cancer is well behind you (till the next scare!)Take care.xx
