    Years ago, quinine was used as an anti-malarial agent. Both my brother and father had malaria after being in New Guinea.

    Big hug from me too @kmakm    It just sucks having days like that.   I had one of those yesterday.  Have the energy just to breathe and blink at the moment.   xox

    Believe it or not there are alot of studies on magnesium helping mental health :D depression especially. My daughter is currently weaning off her medication as she cannot take magnesium with that, then we will give it a go and see how it helps. I know for me it's worked more than any other remedy possibly could for cramping and health in general because it rejuvenates at a cell level, so is crucial for building the body up again post treatment :) the only other thing was working with my EP constant stretching exercises help too.
