    I use the Source Naturals Sleep Science 5mg melatonin lozenges.  I think the lozenges that disolve under your tongue work better than normal tablets. You can get them on iherb but there is always the chance that customs can confiscate the package because Melatonin is not allowed to be sold over the counter here.
