    Thank you @tigerbeth @FYONA1@kmakm @jennyss @Brenda5 @jennyss @Sister Had a really fantastic birthday. It is my 1 year anniversary since being diagnosed with metastatic breast cancer. We celebrated and I just enjoyed every moment of it. Back to some healthy eating now. xxx

    Hi @FYONA1Things are going well, although I am more limited with the physical side of things as I ache everywhere all of the time. My onc. Says it’s a due to the letrozole. I am taking Panadol Ostio which is definitely helping with that. How are you? I hope you are traveling well.
