If you're attending the above forum please read on:-

Volunteers needed for a varirty of tasks including:

  • General setup,
  • Registration table,
  • Merchandise table,
  • Ushering - ensuring people don't sit at the back and leave big gabs in seating,
  • Handling the roving microphones during the question and answer sessions,
  • A helping hand with venue pack down (if possible)

We need you to be there at 8:00AM
