Hi Everyone
Well its the end of Day 7 and I was allowed to drive the truck again!! Actually I've driven it a few times but stayed nice and firmly on the road - or rather the side of the road which is where we drive.
Yesterday we went from Pimpinio near Deep Lead. We had a lovely welcome from Horsham and Bakers Delight. Well done Josh who organised a yummy sausage sizzle and Gavin Morrow the owns the local Nissan Dealership and arranged volunteers including himself to help with the donations. We ate the Bakers Delight buns for lunch and they were yummy!
Stawell held the Grand Final between Nhill and Horsham and we had heaps of traffic all day. 3 buses ended up stopping to say hello to Shane and cars on both sides of the highway. It got a bit scary at times as people seem to forget to look for cars and just run across the highway!
It's was a very busy day.
