Donation for Meg's dream group

Today I received a cheque to help Meg advertise her fledgling group for newly diagnosed young women. When she returns from the conference (enjoying the sun in Qld), she can really start to organise the place and sessions.

The couple who sent the donation said " When we heard her on the radio we thought she was passionate, well spoken and with a drive. We hope that this donation helps her along the way to set up the network for northern Tasmanian young women affected by breast cancxer".

I sent their receipt which was issued by the Tasmanian Breast Cancer Support Group Treasurer- Pauline Watson- with a covering letter and some information leaflets.

So much is happening in September! What will October bring??
