How do I change my profile picture

Does anyone know how to add an actual photo to my profile picture? I upload a file but then what, how do I get it to become my profile image

There's a headline how to change my picture - in the lower case of this paragraph is the words underlined Click here to go to my profile.  The next sentence tells you how to change your picture within your profile

Go to your Account and privacy settings, tap your picture icon top right corner. Tap change my picture. Select chose an image on my computer. Select image. Then click Save Avatar. It should become your new picture.

That's good, I am doing everything your telling me to do and it will not change

Ok worked it out, thanks ladies, will have a play and find a better picture or just take a photo of myself when I am looking not so exhausted😁
