D-Day Again

Today is D-Day Again.  I wonder how many more D-Day's I'll have.  There's been a lot since 30 January.  First with the Doctor, the the Surgeon, then the Surgeon again to get all test results (MRI, body scans, blood tests, CT scans - you name it, I've had it) and now today to get results from the surgery.

I'm hoping today I find out the type of cancer, stage, etc and treatment options.  I guess all I know at this stage is that I have 'invasive ductal carcinoma' (has the potential to spread) and it's most likely I'll have chemotherapy.

It's scary but I'm not focusing on my appointment (not much!) I'm going to write a list of questions for the surgeon, get my diet sorted for healthy meals during the week and have a positive mind set!

I'm still sore after surgery and have been really tired. I'm hoping my energy levels will improve this week.

So please send any positive vibes my way today - I need them!
