MyJourney App on Android Phone

Hi all,

Just wondering if anyone else has had issues trying to run the app on an Android phone? Both Rebecca and I have tried and while the app loads, it just starts then immediately shuts down.

It looks like it would be a great app, especially as we start on our journey, it's just a shame we can't use it properly at the moment.

    Thanks for flagging @June1952 - Yes George, there is a known issue unfortunately accessing the app via Android devices but you can still access My Journey through the web browser - https://myjourney.org.au/login 
    If you need a hand finding your way around, please do give us a call or email helpline@bcna.org.au and we would be happy to pass on feedback to the digital team (who are currently working on improvements :-))
