Zometa side effects

I had breast cancer - lumpectomy - chemo and Radiation. Now iam on 6 monthly Zometa. On my second solution of Chemo i was hit with serious Fatique and it has taken a long time to get back to some sort of normal althought i still have some bad days. I had my first infustion of Zometa two weeks ago and i got the fatique back - Iam annoyed to say the least.
Has anyone else experienced this with Zometa?

    I am on Zometa, Herceptin and Perjeta. I am usually fatigued. All of these drugs can cause fatigue but altogether you are a nanna nap waiting to happen. My Vit D levels were more than acceptable but I found that by increasing my calcium tablets, my fatigue from the zometa decreased. I have learned to go with the flow. The side effects from drugs can come and go so be prepared to have as much 'me time' as you need.
