    How many Hot Cross Buns can one eat? 
    There's a Coles store, Taylor's Hill in Victoria,  they have sold 26,000 packets!  Unreal! 
    We were brought up with Hot Cross Buns to be eaten on Good Friday. They were always heated in the oven!

    Having seen hot cross buns in the stores since the new year I totally forgot to buy some !  The thought of fruitless or chocolate ones put me off.   Like @iserbrown, we grew up with that delicious aroma coming from the buns heating in the oven - then the butter ......  😁
    Oh well, no doubt there will still be some in the shops for us after easter @arpie.
