Is anyone else finding the My Journey webiste not working or is it just me ?

    Hi Taraj. Mine is working. I am logged in now. I found a symptom  tracker very useful amongst other useful resources.

    Thanks GorgyS, must just be me then,   I will maybe give them a call on Monday.  I agree its been super useful for information.  I have been writing symptoms in a giant planner,   works for me as it just kind of sits on the kitchen table

    glad that you found it useful. Try to log out and log in. If does not work , give them a call on Monday.

    Hi @TaraJ did you have any luck with My Journey? More than happy to assist if you contact our Helpline 1800 500 258. In the meantime, sometimes logging in via the internet browser works if the app login isn't working for you.

    thanks Mez,   I am trying to log in through the website still not having any luck, have tried different browsers.   I will call the helpline

    @Kylie73 Please call our Helpline 1800 500 258 to troubleshoot. We can always delete your account and start again too
