Help for peeling and splitting finger nails

Hi all, 

I have been on letrozole for the past 6 years and my finger nails have steadily worsened and now are severely ridged, split and peeling. Even when extremely short.  Based in Adelaide I am very keen for any suggestions on what to do and where to go for my unsightly finger nails. There are mixed messages regarding salon treatments and chemnsit products sadly.

    Hi @CSS There is a thread here started by @Ccaza which suggests linseed oil. I have trialled this for a week now and am optimistic. @Ccaza says to brush your nails with the oil once to twice daily. I have been soaking my nails for five to ten minutes. I have filled a small container with the oil and dip my fingertips in it to soak. Early days for me but they appear more healthy. Will keep you updated.
