Lymph node calcification

Hello! It's been 4 years since I found I had grade 1 IDC which was removed with a lumpectomy. I had my routine scans yesterday which apparently showed calcification of one or some lymph nodes on the same side that my cancer was found last time. I had radiation back then, and 2 lymph nodes removed and checked, which were clear. My scans have to be compared to see if the earlier mammograms I've had show the same area of my armpit so they can see if the calcification is a new thing. I have to wait til Friday until i see my specialist for the routine checkup. I have a billion questions and I spend so much time on google now.
Has anyone had calcification of their lymph nodes before? Does anyone know if it could it be other things instead of cancer? I saw that there's cat-scratch disease and the plague that can cause it, but they're not likely to have been a problem for me! And what are the chances that there is cancer present still in that breast that won't show up in scans? I'm so impatient for Friday
