Autologous Fat Grafting

Hi there, I'm due to have Autologous FG in early September following a DIEP flap where I lost about 50% of the foob due to a clot. I'm wondering for those people who have had this can you advise about your post op? I've been told by the Doc no driving for 7-10 days. I'm wondering about other things- were you restricted in exercise/ lifting etc? I've got horses to care for and am concerned about taking rugs off and on carrying feed buckets etc. Can anyone help?
