What are your
thoughts on filling out health forms?

Researchers at the University of
Sydney are running a study to explore your thoughts on a pictorial version of a
scale that measures health symptoms. 

If you:

·       
Are
aged 18 years and older

·       
Have
low English health literacy levels OR are from a culturally and linguistically
diverse background (i.e. non-English-speaking background)

·       
Have existing or
previous cancer experience 

·       Are
able to provide informed consent
