Hi everyone, it is now 17 months on since my diagnosis, taking arimadex and as everyone who takes this will know it comes with some pretty hard side effects.  I live in Southport, Queensland and just wondered if anyone else lives close by would like to meet for coffee/chat sometime.  I have recently become a volunteer for the Cancer Council and I am about to undertake a degree course to become a counsellor in grief and loss, something I have always wanted to do.  Please free to email anytime, would love to talk and meet people in my area.

Kathy

Hi Kathy -- I think there's a couple of BCNA member groups near you.  You can search our website on this page: http://www.bcna.org.au/membergroup/search.  Just put your postcode in, choose the distance you're willing to travel, then click search.  If you want to see the results as pins on a map, just scroll down and click the 'map' tab.   Let me know if you get stuck.
