Xmas time and us

Just a message to all at this hectic crazy time. I hope the shopping frenzy; expectations put on each by members of families and friends, and the general weariness that seems to come at the end of the year in the heat does not drain all your self confidence and cheeriness!

It takes a strong woman to cope at this time of year at the best of times, let alone when we have health issues so try to keep your head up high (that keeps the chins up- all of them), and if all fails paint a smile on with bright lipstick.

DO try to get some "me" time- that is the most important thing.
