I am going to see my Psychologist again today. Never thought it would be something I looked forward to but to be honest it's the first time since I finished radiation that I'm really looking forward to something. My goodness how the goal posts have shifted

Thanks so much BW, I was a huge sceptic but somehow I got the perfect fit for me. I come away understanding what is happening to me and being kinder to myself.6
