Profile data will not save

Hi everyone, I don't seem to be able to get my profile details to save.  I enter all the data, hit the submit button, it all greys out like it has saved but when I leave that page and go back to it everything is gone and has only saved my basic info - name, dob, address.  Anyone else have this problem and found a fix?  Thanks, Kari

    I had that problem also,  I have no fix,  just kept trying and one day it worked,  annoying I know.  Good luck ?

    Kari,

    Same as Hooper and you. Just keep trying and mine I found took a few seconds and felt like hour lol you would think I learnt more patience by now but just worked after about 4-5 attempts - copy the print text when you have done your profile and keep pasting it back in. Cheers

    Being considered 'old fashioned' these days I am using Internet Explorer on a desk top PC. I just tried to edit my data - successful. Mind you, once I hit the 'submit' button I had to sit patiently and wait - not touching a thing - until it happened.
    As Kezza says, I have got used to copying and pasting everything into Word so I don't have to retype it all if something goes wrong - and I learnt this the hard way !!!!

    Hello Kat
    Would you PLEASE log the issue of Internet Explorer having a HUGE pink lady and HUGE wording of BCNA taking up the whole screen and us having to continually scroll down to read or do anything.
    Daina said to upgrade my internet Explorer but when I have investigated this I find that 9 is the latest version for my Vista system.

    Hi Kat, Yes still having an issue, I am using Internet Explorer 11 if that means anything.  I have done what the ladies suggested above, but admit I am a little impatient.  I will try again later just before I am going out so not tempted to use other programs at the same time.

    I have problems navigating the whole site I cannot up date the community liaisons info. I will keep trying Sue Smith
