Hello everyone,

Welcome to our Friday update.  Only 2 more sleeps until the start of the Walk, Run and Have Fun for BCNA starts.  I have found my sneakers and I’m ready to go! 

Can you believe it’s only 2 weeks till Christmas!  In some ways this year has gone by slowly but in other ways it seems to have flown.  I hope that with the gradual easing of restrictions Australia wide  that you will be able to see and spend time with family and friends over Christmas and New Year.

A warm welcome to all of our new members who have joined the online community over the last few weeks, we hope you are settling in.  Don’t forget to check out the Online Community info section which has information that will help you find your way around the online forum.
