After a busy year we will be closing BCNA's office and taking a little break with family and friends. We will be fresh and ready for the year ahead when we re-open on Monday 4th January 2016.

For most, Christmas is usually a fun and busy time of the year but for some it may be a quiet time to reflect on the year that was and sadly for some it may be a painful reminder of those who are missing from the table.
I hope you do get the chance to have a celebration or two with your loved ones and reflect on another year - including the ups and downs that came your way.
