Re: Hair loss
I went from this to this in just 15 days after starting chemo. I thought I would never leave the house again and it sure has taken me a few weeks. But now I am getting used to it. ( still hate it) and I admit I feel so self conscious. But am loving funky scarves and caps. I also have a wig but feel so strange when I put it on. I have not worn it in public yet.11Views1like0CommentsRe: Finding the unfunny funny
I went to buy an eyeliner the other day and the lady at the counter said “ I love how you tie your headscarf it looks so funky. Must save time doing your hair?” ummm no I am having chemo I have no hair. Well my $30 eyeliner then came with about $50 worth of cosmetic, skincare and fragrance samples 😆😆8Views4likes0Comments- 7Views1like0Comments
Re: Where to get headwear?
Hi @wren71 @Harvey1903 had the details for lovely soft little caps from Jas they were great for around the house and I still wear them to bed. I picked up about 4 scarves from Kmart at $9 each I think and every time I wear them people comment how good they look. My sister also went to Spotlight and got some material and we cut it to length ( didn’t even see it as the edges are hidden in the knot) and got some great patterns and designs for about $5 each. PS photo is one of my Kmart scarves.7Views0likes0CommentsRe: Nausea

They sent me an email asking if I was happy and I told them how thrilled I was with the quality, lovely soft fabrics, quick delivery and really affordable cost. So they were kind enough to offer a discount code for all members.
