Hello everyone, making the most of tnew echnology- here is the first blog about our groups activities- thanks Janelle for your online support. This space is a good way to promote our support group that has benn running for over 10 years now.
Our Dance Troupe begins tonight! Practice is at 6.30-7.30 at OUr Well Beign Place at 108 Swanport Road, Murray Bridge.
One of our new group members is about to teach a bunch of enthusiastic women exercise and dance moves that promise to be a lot of fun. Avis Hartle is her name and her contact number is 0409 346 460 if you would like to more more about what it involves. No previous dance experience is necessary , and youwill be amazed at how much you can learn
