... arrived on 19th Jan at 8.14pm and low and behold, I LIVED TO MEET HER!  What an amazing moment.  I held Kel's hand as she was born and we're all now safely at home.  I am seriously in love.

I'm also 2 weeks into my chemo and can I just say, I feel great.  I'm on FEC for the first 3 cycles then I change to something else for 3 cycles.  Aside from feeling horrible for 48 hours straight after, I then just slept for 6 days.  Only really got up for a shower and dinner.  Mum came up to help us, what a lifesaver.  I saw a naturopath in December also to support western medicine with my treatment and I really think it's made the world of difference.  The guy I'm seeing specialises in cancer, isn't against western medicine, etc.  So I'm feeling really healthy and full of energy aside from the first days post chemo.

Fingers crossed each cycle follows the same pattern, and if it does I'm confident I can handle it.

In the meantime I am completely besotted with our Syd.

xx

Was so pleased to hear your fantastic news. Was wondering when she would finally make an entrance. Makes even chemo bearable. Glad all is going ok for you. Am doing the radiation which is a walk in the park compared to chemo.

Good luck to you all and a picture of you all would be fab ......
