Molly I'm so sorry to hear your story! My first diagnosis my children were a little older but I was on my own, it was terrifying because before you see specialists or treatment plan you are confronted with your worst nightmare and of course your mortality. So incredibly normal! Generally only lumpectomy can give you full accurate pathology together with staging, from there can they know a treatment plan. Hang in there, breathe, it really is baby steps and not looking too far ahead and you absolutely will tackle it at each step! Hugs Melinda xo
