    This is amazing and so inspiring and so true what we need is inspirational words like these, this has just lifted my spirits so much as I didn't sleep too well last night but with these words has given me the inspiration to not lay in bed today and dwell on my aches in my bones this is truly inspirational, you are truly inspirational.     Thanks Tracey.  Sometimes the night terrors take over and I need to be reminded of this.

    Spending the morning planting seedlings before I go to the encore exercise program and rads at 2pm.
